Online trust is broken because most "verified" reviews rely on email addresses, which are easily faked or bought. Platforms like Trustpilot have become battlegrounds for manipulation, creating a "trust gap" where a high star rating often reflects marketing budgets rather than actual hardware performance.

Volta solves this by anchoring digital trust in physical reality through the Volta Machine ID. Using a "Hardware Handshake," a review can only be submitted if the user is actively paired with a physical Volta unit via the official app. Every review is cryptographically tethered to a unique machine in the fleet. By requiring a verified Machine ID to vote, Volta provides a mathematically verifiable level of authenticity that third-party platforms cannot match.

Maintenance and repairs during the subscription period are subject to the Volta® Standard Limited Warranty terms.

✦✦ ULTRA Subscription The subscription offer consists of (i) access to the Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Ultra tier, which includes remote AI learning, real-time AI path optimization, LLM-powered Lawn Chat, Personalized Lawn Health Reports, Digital Twin technology, GNSS Ultra + Anti-theft GPS, and weather-adaptive optimization; and (ii) provision of one (1) Volta® Lawn Companion™ robotic lawn care unit, inclusive of its charging station. The subscription fee is $89 per month (reduced from the standard rate of $104 per month) for the initial 24-month period. The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of full Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra service. Following completion of the 24-month financing term, the subscriber may, at their discretion, continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis and select from available plans, including: Lawn Intelligence™ Basic ($16/month) or Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra ($59/month). Alternatively, the subscriber may cancel entirely — the robot continues to operate in basic autonomous mowing mode. In the event of a malfunction not caused by direct damage or negligence, Volta will provide a free replacement unit (shipped in < 7 days), including replacement batteries and recharge base, to ensure continuity of service as part of the Infinite Care guarantee.

The subscription fee is $159 per month (reduced from the standard rate of $184 per month). The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of full Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Elite service. Following completion of the 24-month financing term, the subscriber may, at their discretion, continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis and select from available plans, including: Lawn Intelligence™ Basic ($16/month), Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra ($59/month), or Lawn Intelligence™ Elite ($99/month). Alternatively, the subscriber may cancel entirely — the robot continues to operate in basic autonomous mowing mode.
