The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Basic service. Maintenance and repairs during the subscription period are subject to the Volta® Standard Limited Warranty terms.

✦✦ ULTRA Subscription The subscription offer consists of (i) access to the Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Ultra tier, which includes remote AI learning, real-time AI path optimization, LLM-powered Lawn Chat, Personalized Lawn Health Reports, Digital Twin technology, GNSS Ultra + Anti-theft GPS, and weather-adaptive optimization; and (ii) provision of one (1) Volta® Lawn Companion™ robotic lawn care unit, inclusive of its charging station. The subscription fee is د.إ89 per month (reduced from the standard rate of د.إ104 per month) for the initial 24-month period. The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of full Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra service. Following completion of the 24-month financing term, the subscriber may, at their discretion, continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis and select from available plans, including: Lawn Intelligence™ Basic (د.إ16/month) or Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra (د.إ59/month). In the event of a malfunction not caused by direct damage or negligence, Volta will provide a free replacement unit (shipped in < 7 days), including replacement batteries and recharge base, to ensure continuity of service as part of the Ultra guarantee.

The subscription fee is د.إ159 per month (reduced from the standard rate of د.إ184 per month). The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of full Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Elite service. Following completion of the 24-month financing term, the subscriber may, at their discretion, continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis and select from available multi-robot plans, including: Lawn Intelligence™ Basic (د.إ32 + 99/month) or Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra (د.إ59/month). In the event of a malfunction not caused by direct damage or negligence, Volta will provide free replacement units (VIP priority shipping), including replacement batteries and recharge bases, to ensure continuity of service as part of the Elite guarantee.

* Pre-Paid Payment Option. As an alternative to the subscription, the subscriber may elect to activate the service (Basic, Ultra, Elite) through a one-time, pre-paid payment, representing the full cost of the initial 24-month chosen subscription period.

◊ The features, functions, and services offered by Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ are continuously evolving and therefore subject to modification or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. Certain data integrations, smart services, and automated functionalities may not be available in all regions or countries due to technical, regulatory, or infrastructural limitations. An active Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ subscription is strictly required to access advanced capabilities, including but not limited to: real-time soil health analytics, adaptive lawncaring schedules, and predictive watering recommendations. This service is designed and optimized exclusively for residential lawncare optimization purposes and must not be used for agricultural or commercial farming applications of any kind.

□ The Volta® Lawn Companion™ device requires an active Wi-Fi connection, continuous Internet access, at least close to the base station. Requires a compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) equipped with the official Volta® app in order to function as intended. Features such as smart navigation, property learning, and seasonal lawn insights are dynamic and may deliver variable performance outcomes depending on yard conditions, soil type, climate, and weather fluctuations and on the associated Lawn Intelligence&trade service. The device is intended strictly for use in residential outdoor environments.
