The subscription fee is $72 per month (reduced from the standard rate of $84 per month) for the initial 24-month period. The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Basic service. Following completion of the 24-month financing term, the subscriber may, at their discretion, continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis and select from available plans, including: Lawn Intelligence™ Basic ($16/month) or upgrade to Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra ($59/month). Maintenance and repairs during the subscription period are subject to the Volta® Standard Limited Warranty terms.

✦✦ ULTRA Subscription The subscription offer consists of (i) access to the Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Ultra tier, which includes remote AI learning, real-time AI path optimization, LLM-powered Lawn Chat, Personalized Lawn Health Reports, Digital Twin technology, GNSS Ultra + Anti-theft GPS, and weather-adaptive optimization; and (ii) provision of one (1) Volta® Lawn Companion™ robotic lawn care unit, inclusive of its charging station. The subscription fee is $89 per month (reduced from the standard rate of $104 per month) for the initial 24-month period. The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of full Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra service. Following completion of the 24-month financing term, the subscriber may, at their discretion, continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis and select from available plans, including: Lawn Intelligence™ Basic ($16/month) or Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra ($59/month). In the event of a malfunction not caused by direct damage or negligence, Volta will provide a free replacement unit (shipped in < 7 days), including replacement batteries and recharge base, to ensure continuity of service as part of the Ultra guarantee.

✦✦✦ ELITE Subscription The subscription offer consists of (i) access to the Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Elite tier, which includes all Ultra features plus optimized multi-robot coordination, coverage up to ½ acre, and VIP support; and (ii) provision of two (2) Volta® Lawn Companion™ robotic lawn care units and two (2) charging stations. The subscription fee is $159 per month (reduced from the standard rate of $184 per month). The initial 24-month period includes two (2) years of full Volta® Lawn Intelligence™ Elite service. Following completion of the 24-month financing term, the subscriber may, at their discretion, continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis and select from available multi-robot plans, including: Lawn Intelligence™ Basic ($32 + 99/month) or Lawn Intelligence™ Ultra ($59/month). In the event of a malfunction not caused by direct damage or negligence, Volta will provide free replacement units (VIP priority shipping), including replacement batteries and recharge bases, to ensure continuity of service as part of the Elite guarantee.

* Pre-Paid Payment Option. As an alternative to the subscription, the subscriber may elect to activate the service (Basic, Ultra, Elite) through a one-time, pre-paid payment, representing the full cost of the initial 24-month chosen subscription period.

Requires a compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) equipped with the official Volta® app in order to function as intended. Features such as smart navigation, property learning, and seasonal lawn insights are dynamic and may deliver variable performance outcomes depending on yard conditions, soil type, climate, and weather fluctuations and on the associated Lawn Intelligence™ service. The device is intended strictly for use in residential outdoor environments.
