**Title to the hardware passes to you upon delivery.** After the 24-month service window ends, you keep the robot and choose how to continue: renew the AI service at reduced rates, or switch to autonomous-only mode at $0/mo (the robot keeps mowing, just without AI features).

A Volta package is sold against published Suitability Requirements: WiFi coverage at the charging base, lawn condition at handover (≤ 60 mm), 3-meter base radius, slope ≤ 40%, residential turf only. Refund and replacement eligibility is evaluated against device telemetry (the controlling record of fact). There is no satisfaction-based return window.
